Delivery and Freight Charges
Delivery is performed via Australia Post . Freight charges are based on delivery from our Brisbane Operation to your location within Australia. Any item over $20.00 will be insured (except where sent by Australia Post Express Post) and all freight costs quoted will include this insurance cost. Our responsibility for the goods ends once we have delivered it to the nominated carrier. It is your responsibility to notify us that the freight has not arrived or is damaged. In the case of damaged freight no action can be taken unless the delivery person has noted in writing the damage and signed that the damage is evident. The delivery persons full name must be noted and supplied to us. If an item is lost or damaged in transit we will process a claim against the carrier on your behalf. This may take some time to finalise (and in fact 2 months is not an unusual time) and under no circumstances will we replace the goods without payment by the carriers insurance. We will refund any payment made by a carrier’s insurance if the goods are no longer required or have been reordered and paid for again by the customer.
