We have taken every effort to provide the following information in an easy to read format, keeping it as simple as possible.

Backorders and­ Out of Stock Items

We will seriously endeavour to supply all items from stock. As you can understand this may not always be possible as unexpected shortages do occur. We will advise should we have a problem with your order


System Orders

A system order is processed in the same way as a Backorder. A 20% deposit will be required and processed at time of order. Once the computer system is ready for delivery, the balance will be rquired to be paid.

 

Warranty Considerations for Parts

Australian Consumers have legal rights to obtain a repair, replacement, or refund for goods purchased if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or doesn't match the description. Our returns policy applies to additional rights we offer such as returns for change of mind or incorrect choice. Defective items (DOA) will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch from our office. All items are new and covered by manufacturers warranty and this varies from item to item. Shipping costs back to us are the buyer's responsibility. No items can be returned without a Return Authority obtainable from us on request. Shipping costs are not refundable on items returned under our returns policy.
 

  1. Customer returns component at customer’s expense with written instruction of the fault
  2. The product is then tested within three working days of receiving the item.
  3. If the product is found to be faulty a replacement product to the equal market value or specifications is supplied. Delivery of this replacement product is at our expense. If the product is found not to be faulty, the customer is charged a $40.00 Testing Fee. The product is then returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please note that software and software backup is the responsibility of the customer and Itsbits Computers take no responsibility for software and software backup in any regard.

Warranty Considerations ­for Computer Systems

It is our recommendation if you have limited experience with Computer System components you take out the optional On Site Warranty.

We will replace the faulty part as per our normal warranty service

If the computer is found to not be faulty or that it has been tampered with a charge of $50.00 per hour, or part there of, will be incurred to repair the computer. All transport costs will be at the customers expense

We are unable to be responsible for any software conflicts, irrespective of who sold the software or parts

Again, please note that software and software backup is the responsibility of the customer and Itsbits Computers take no responsibility for software and software backup in any regard.
